Return Policy
At Pinkie Posh all sales are Final we apologize for any inconvenience.
Pinkie Posh will only exchange items if they were received as damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, within 24 hours, take a picture of the items along with the original packing label and email them to customersupport@pinkieposhapparel.com explaining detailed information about the damage products received. Once we have received your email (attached with picture of the damage product and the original packaging label) we will then review and contact you with detailed instructions on how to return the product and the process of replacing your damage product.
The valued store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for.
(Shipping fees are non-refundable).
